Performance

The Audi Q5 will initially be available with a fuel efficient 3.2 FSI six cylinder engine with fast-shifting tiptronic and quattro® all wheel drive. The fuel efficient 2.0 TFSI and the 2.0TDI (diesel) will soon follow.

The dimensions alone indicate that this is a vehicle of all-new proportions. Measuring 182.2" long and 74.8" wide, the Audi Q5 is just 65.2" high – making it sportier than any of its competitors.

quattro® four-wheel drive

The Audi Q5 is equipped with the latest version of quattro® four-wheel drive. It is a rear-biased system that distributes drive power asymmetrically and dynamically between all four wheels. If one of the wheels is in danger of losing grip, quattro® compensates for this unsteadiness by redistributing the power.

6-speed Tiptronic

The Audi Q5 utilizes the 6-speed tiptronic transmission system, drawing out the engine’s most powerful characteristics and creating the choice of a relaxing or exhilarating drive.

Design

The Audi Q5 offers sporty proportions, a muscular stance and artfully sculpted forms. It combines a stunning new modular chassis architecture with a modern and sophisticated look and feel.

Sportier Proportions

The design of the Audi Q5 is perfectly in tune with the character of Audi as a brand. The front end is dominated by expressive headlights on both sides of the large single-frame grille; on request, they can be outfitted with bi-xenon lamps and LED daytime running lights. Viewed from the side, the large wheels and rising edges are especially prominent features.

Top entertainment: with 505 watts of music power, ten channels and 14 speakers, the optional Bang & Olufsen sound system with surround sound provides genuine listening pleasure in the Audi Q5.

Audi Advanced Key

If your Audi Q5 is fitted with the optional advanced key system, it doesn’t just unlock the doors automatically when you touch the door handle, it also remembers the personal settings of up to two users – for the seat positions and the automatic air conditioning, for example.

The on road, off road and roof cargo Electronic Stabilization Program settings enables the driver to select an ESP setting to suit the current situation.
